A wedding board is a foamex sheet, also called foam board, Forex or PVC foam board, printed in full colour and cut to size. Couples use it as a welcome sign, a seating plan, a table plan, an order of the day, or a small sign for cards and gifts or an unplugged ceremony. Choose 3 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm or 10 mm.

What is a wedding board?
It is a printed foamex sheet. People also search for it as a wedding welcome board, a foam board wedding sign, a Forex sign or a PVC foam board. The same sheet is used for the welcome sign, the seating plan and the order of the day.
What thickness should I choose?
5 mm is the usual choice for a welcome board or seating plan. 3 mm is lighter, 5.5 mm is a little stiffer, and 10 mm stands more firmly at an entrance. These are the same thicknesses as our foamex sheets.
What sizes can you cut?
A2, A1, A0, 60 × 90 cm, 70 × 100 cm, or the full 8 × 4 ft sheet (2440 × 1220 mm). A custom size is fine as long as it fits that sheet.
Can the board be laminated?
Yes. Choose unlaminated or laminated. Lamination gives the print a wipeable finish, which helps if the board is near a door.
Do you deliver wedding boards across Ireland?
Yes. Boards are printed in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. You can collect locally, or we deliver across Ireland. We also post to the UK and the EU, with the cost confirmed in your quote.
