Die-cut stickers are cut completely through both the vinyl and backing paper, resulting in individual stickers. Kiss-cut is ideal for sticker sheets and easier handling, while die-cut is perfect for individual stickers for immediate application.

Our standard vinyl stickers typically last 1-2 years outdoors, while our premium outdoor vinyl stickers with UV lamination can last 3-5 years. Factors affecting lifespan include direct sunlight exposure, weather conditions, surface type, and pollution levels. For maximum durability in challenging outdoor environments, we recommend our premium outdoor vinyl with lamination.

Vinyl stickers adhere well to most clean, smooth surfaces including glass, metal, plastic, wood (sealed), walls (painted/smooth), and vehicles. For rough or textured surfaces, specialized high-tack adhesives may be required. For surfaces that will be exposed to water, heat, or chemicals, our premium vinyl options are recommended. We don't recommend application to silicone, highly textured surfaces, or surfaces with peeling paint.
